### "User-friendly app that eliminates access cards"

Pros

I've never experienced any issues opening doors. App provides a clear log of recent access, which make it really easy to track time spent inside a building/room. There is no need to carry any access card or key - everything works through your smartphone.

Cons

While I did not experience any bad situations myself, if your phone battery runs out at an inconvenient time, it might cause some troubles to access some points.

### "Salto is okay, do more research"

It has been okay, If i could then I would probably research another system like Kisi maybe

Pros

The app access and how "easy" it was supposed to be to use

Cons

We have issues with locks going offline, cant really use time frames, integration issues with coworking software, and more

### "Way too many bugs"

This app is a good concept for short rental or event spaces however the implementation makes it bad.We wanted to have it for our guests, but the issues with locks that don't open were just too many for us to handle. It makes our job actually worse than dealing with the regular keys.You need to have your phone with you, if a guest leaves the phone somewhere there is no way to enter the property and here comes the problem we as hosts need to deal with.

Pros

Idea is good, app is easy to install and accessible.

Cons

It has bugs, for some reason it requires to confirm the email many times even if the email has been already confirmed. It doesn't work on my iPhone if the battery is below 20% which makes it very stressful. (no issue like that on Android).Once the office mode is on, it leaves all the door in the unit open, so there is no way to turn this mode off for one room only. All the rooms will remain open, even if each room has a lock. That imposes a huge safety issue if there are roommates.

It does exactly what we need. Very little issues from users. Relatively low in cost. We have installed it now in 3 of our offices.

Pros

Easy to install and easy to use. A quick switch from using keys as access to using a digital solution. Complete visibility of who is coming in and out of the office. Supports our hybrid working model.

Cons

Haven't had any bad experiences but I would recommend you use a company local to you to install it, as you'll have better customer service and overall experience. Worth noting that what we have doesn't link with our alarm system.

### "SALTO is easy! "

Salto is a huge benefit to our facility because we have 3 different administrator roles assigned to the platform. Any one of us can make changes to access for employees at anytime. It gives our staff and patients the peace of mind that no one is in the building that shouldn't be. If something goes wrong, we would know who all was in the facility at that and can be easily pulled from a report.

Pros

Salto is easy to use. I frequent this software because of the ever changing employees we have in our facility. With an average of 170 employees, we have 2 - 3 resign each month and 2-3 onboard each month. The back and forth access changes are easy because of Salto! I can feel confident that when I make changes to an employees access that the change is in real-time and our facility is safe.

Cons

The SALTO discs and are a little on the expensive side. They are great to use.. just kind of expensive!

Pros

The promises of ease of implementation and uae

Cons

Not told of ongoing costs, doesn’t deliver on any of its promises - fobs not working - mobile app doesn’t work - slow - impossible to troubleshoot - non-existent customer service

Reason for choosing SALTO KS

I was against it - overruled by the head of the committee!!!!

The app manages to open door usually only on second try. Frustrating experience as it takes like 15 seconds. Avoid.

Pros

They have iOS app, which sounded very promising

Cons

The mobile app sucks - slow, unreliable.

Bislang habe ich wesentlich mehr Arbeit und Kunden durch dieses System verloren, der erhoffte Vorteil/ Vereinfachung blieb bislang aus

Cons

Einen 6-8 stelligen Code einem Gast zu senden und dies auch noch in einer bestimmten Zeit einzugeben, ist nicht sehr kundenfreundlich und müsste sofort von Salto KS abgeändert werden.Alle meine Gäste haben sich bisher über die Länge der Codes und über die zu kurze Eingabezeit beschwert
