Pros Now in updated version of 2022 Yoast SEO is providing everything like adding schema, faq schema, knowledge graph and other and its really very helpful to update meta tags of pages and posts on WordPress. My most liked features is it automatically add FAQs schema if i select to add FAQs via Yoast. Pros It's all about getting the Green/Green for every blog post (Green SEO search and Green Readability scores) By reviewing every blog post to get to Green/Green (instead of Red or Orange) my writing is clearer and easier to find. This is my FAVORITE part of the software Cons Naturally, this is a frustrating tool when the readability scores keep telling you that the post is too complex and you need to "make shorter sentences." But dang (!) if my writing isn't clearer when I work over every post. While it wont automatically optimise a wordpress site for search engines, the plugin helps rule out the usual suspects. The ability to add titles and descriptions for all pages and posts in one place makes life easy. Cons Sometimes the bulk editor has a hard time finding all the pages and posts on the site. So one needs to go in manually and hunt those pages down. Can be a bit tricky if your site has pages running in hundreds. Also, the fact that you can see only 10 or so pages in the bulk editor section is cumbersome. Would like to see up to 100 pages on one screen and the title and meta description boxes on the same page and not in different tabs. Something I saw in Silverstripe.
