Siempre recibí respuestas inmediatas (y soluciones) Pros Es muy sencillo de utilizar, nos permite mantener nuestros stocks de acuerdo a la fecha de vencimiento e ir localizando fácilmente los lotes que tenemos que dar de baja primero. También permite el seguimiento de los procesos (ingresos y egresos) por usuario. Los informes pueden imprimirse y resultan muy prolijos, contienen la información necesaria. Cons Principalmente en sus inicios tuve problemas con el ingreso de los productos a depósitos equivocados, con lo cual después no podía localizar los productos. También tuve problemas cuando ingresaba mal el lote o la fecha de vencimiento, costaba reparar los errores y en muchas ocasiones solicite y recibí ayuda técnica de inmediato.
