I use it on my website as a button to let people download a customized client and read the code to me so i can offer them remote support. Does what it is suppose to do and does it good

Pros

Works great nearly the same connection speed as Teamviewer and they also have a good support team that responds quickly

Cons

I liked most stuff. There are no things that I didnt like. It is very good remote support software.

It has the potential to grow and become incredibly useful software; it just needs some refinement in areas that currently make it seem like just another run-of-the-mill program.

Pros

It is truly easy-to-use and user-friendly software. It fulfills the function for which it was designed.

Cons

sometimes it fails to adquire the license, ctrl+c and ctrl+v not always work and its truly anoying when it doesn´t allow to imput admin credentials via remote conection

Terrible, software did not work well, then they, do not refund your expenses to try it.

Pros

Marketing...scam, they make you pay money to fully demo, and then not return it if you don't like the software...

Cons

Not refunding our money for a 2hr demo. They just say read the fine print.

Considering that this was the link to review Iperius Backup and it opens to the review for "Iperius Remote", I'm not super impressed.

Pros

The price is unbeatable for the options you get. More importantly, I have had to restore several times and this just works. I have had to restore with both the proprietary Iperius backup as well as the Native Windows backup. In addition, I have cloned hundreds of drives and it is like clockwork. This has been extremely useful during the Windows 11 compliance/Windows 10 EOL of October, 14th, 2025.

Cons

I wish the options were a little more granular. A lot of the updates are all wrapped together. In some cases I just need one option to be available but the cost goes up 400% because 20 other options are added that I don't need. In addition, I REALLY don't like that they charge so much for their support package and, even worse, put it in your cart by default.

The price is very attractive for small businesses like us and we really like this kind of price level

I guess the software could be more stable and needs some optimisations like the possiblity to adatp resolution on remote desktop, and some errors durnin remote connections

We use it at school so teachers can remotely connect and enter grades before midterms when they can't make it to school.

Pros

What I appreciate most about this product is the speed and stability. Also the fact that it is free for personal use and for schools.

Cons

The only downside is that I have to write a minimum number of letters if I want to write a review. Most of the time I keep my comments short. English is not my thing.

Le produit rempli son rôle et l'apprentissage est rapide. Il n'y a pas de fonctionnalité complexe à mettre en oeuvre. Le menu est simple mais explicite, ce qui permet d'être efficace. Il fut une époque, au début de Remote où la lenteur était un gros problème, mais cela a été corrigé et on arrive maintenant à avoir une fluidité qui permet de travailler correcteement.

Pros

L'efficacité pour ce qui est demandé à un logiciel de contrôle distant. L'interface est simple est clair. Le menu va à l'essentiel.

Cons

Un petit bug, mais qui a été corrigé. Le curseur disparaissait sur les fond d'écran de la machine distante, mais la mise à jour du produit a permis de corriger cela. Le support technique a été rapide et efficace.

Pros

Utilizzo da poco questo programma visto che prima non lo conoscevo e l'ho ritenuto da subito valido. Questo software è davvero semplice da usare, la prima schermata consiste nell'accesso al PC da remoto oppure alla visualizzazione dei codici nel caso in cui si voglia condividere il proprio desktop, una volta connessi si hanno tantissime funzioni in un menù a destra della schermata. La visualizzazione da remoto è molto fluida a differenza di altri programmi che ho utilizzato che purtroppo non riuscivano ad essere a frame elevati nonostante utilizzassi una connessione molto veloce, inoltre il programma rimane semplicissimo da usare nonostante le parecchie funzioni che mette a disposizione.
