I use it on my website as a button to let people download a customized client and read the code to me so i can offer them remote support. Does what it is suppose to do and does it good

Pros

Works great nearly the same connection speed as Teamviewer and they also have a good support team that responds quickly

Cons

I liked most stuff. There are no things that I didnt like. It is very good remote support software.

Terrible, software did not work well, then they, do not refund your expenses to try it.

Pros

Marketing...scam, they make you pay money to fully demo, and then not return it if you don't like the software...

Cons

Not refunding our money for a 2hr demo. They just say read the fine print.

Considering that this was the link to review Iperius Backup and it opens to the review for "Iperius Remote", I'm not super impressed.

Pros

The price is unbeatable for the options you get. More importantly, I have had to restore several times and this just works. I have had to restore with both the proprietary Iperius backup as well as the Native Windows backup. In addition, I have cloned hundreds of drives and it is like clockwork. This has been extremely useful during the Windows 11 compliance/Windows 10 EOL of October, 14th, 2025.

Cons

I wish the options were a little more granular. A lot of the updates are all wrapped together. In some cases I just need one option to be available but the cost goes up 400% because 20 other options are added that I don't need. In addition, I REALLY don't like that they charge so much for their support package and, even worse, put it in your cart by default.

The price is very attractive for small businesses like us and we really like this kind of price level

Cons

I guess the software could be more stable and needs some optimisations like the possiblity to adatp resolution on remote desktop, and some errors durnin remote connections

We use it at school so teachers can remotely connect and enter grades before midterms when they can't make it to school.

Pros

What I appreciate most about this product is the speed and stability. Also the fact that it is free for personal use and for schools.

Cons

The only downside is that I have to write a minimum number of letters if I want to write a review. Most of the time I keep my comments short. English is not my thing.

Pros

It works fine on Windows and the Data Transfer is very well.

Cons

The Mac Client is not so good as the Windows Client.

l'expérience globale est de bonne qualité. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait que des tutoriel en ligne ( pas de vidéo , ni de démonstration en directe pour une meilleure prise en main en fonction de l'utilisation souhaitée) main l'outil est fonctionnel.

Pros

le rapport/ qualité prix est excellent il y a une assistance technique support très réactive. les échanges sont réalisés par mail via des tickets.

Cons

transfert de documents uniquement sur le C/ (= pas de copier /coller sur le bureau possible) connexion parfois instable ( déconnexions intempestives ) manque l'appel en visio avec le PC distant

Programma affidabile per lavorare da remoto. Il trasferimento file illimitato quasi lo rende una alternativa a wetransfer, ma l’avrei voluta anche sui telefoni. Prima usavo la versione gratuita ma con circa 8 euro al mese ho preso la Small e le ore di connessione sono illimitate. Altra cosa secondo me fondamentale: posso usare la licenza da dove voglio, non ci sono limiti (a parte le connessioni simultanee)

Pros

Connessione rapida e buona qualità video. Lo uso su tutti i dispositivi, tra cui anche smarthpone android e iphone. Ritengo l’app adirittura migliore di quella di teamviewer o anydesk. È una sola ed è molto comoda per fare qualsiasi azione sul telefono e dal telefono.

Cons

La grafica dell'interfaccia dovrebbe essere più snella perché all’avvio sembra un po' pesante, anche se poi l’utilizzo è fluido.

Erste Tests mit Iperius Remote waren gut, so dass wir von TeamViewer auf IPR umgestiegen sind. Dann erst zeigen sich die Nachteile. Wir sind aber auf Grund der guten Kommunikation und schnellen Antworten des Supports guter Hoffnung, dass sich dort im Laufe der Zeit vieles verbessert.

Pros

Einfache Installation. Der weitestgehend personalisierbare Remote-Client. Die gute und schnelle Kommunikation über das Ticketsystem. Der günstige Preis.

Cons

Oft hängt sich das System beim Verbindungsaufbau auf. Ein neuer Versuch bringt es dann meistens. Einige Nachteile im direkten Vergleich mit dem Marktführer. Übersetzungsfehler in die deutsche Sprache, z.B. ein leeres Abfragefenster. Die genaue Beschreibung und eine Wunschliste liegt Iperius vor.

Buscar en el directorio de equipos es sumamente lento respecto a Anydesk y Team viewer. Las actualizaciones no son en segundo plano . Son lentas las transferencias de archivos , y no se pueden agregar equipos sin conectarte al equipo remoto Están actualizando el producto , así que espero tengan en cuenta estás sugerencias

Que es muy versatil y el sistema de usuarios y grupos puedo limitar el acceso a según que nivel de usuario.

Cons

En MAC no acaba de funcionar muy bien, en MAC no tiene la opción de acceso desatendido como Windows, en APPLE no tiene control solo ver y lo más importante, en Windows al cambiar de resolución en el ordenador que hace la asistencia, en vez de escalar, se ve pixelado.

Servizio stabile e facile da usare. Adatto per supporto anche ad aziende più strutturate. Molto soddisfatti.

Pros

Non richiede configurazioni complicate e hai subito un software pronto per connetterti in remoto anche considerando che puoi attivarlo in modalità automatica su tutti i server dei clienti senza limiti di numero e averli tutti in rubrica.

Cons

Manca il trasferimento file verso telefoni android e iphone anche se il supporto mi ha detto che questa funzione verrà aggiunta in futuro
