Não conheço nenhuma plataforma no mercado que ofereça tantas possibilidades de utilização, criação de conteúdos, extração de relatórios, entre outros. Uso a plataforma e com certeza indicaria para um colega de outra empresa durante um benchmarking. Pros Intuitividade: a maior parte das funções dentro da plataforma são bastante intuitivas; Customização: praticamente toda a plataforma pode ser customizada para ter a cara da empresa contratante; Suporte: o atendimento através do suporte é impecável, os atendentes possuem tanto domínio da ferramenta que já me ensinaram sobre a utilização de diversas ferramentas dentro da plataforma; Cons Relatórios: a ferramenta oferece uma grande variedade de relatórios, contudo até que o operador entenda qual o objetivo de cada um leva um tempinho, muita capacitação liberada pela Mobiliza e muitos contatos com o suporte. Contudo, após entender quais indicadores cada um dos relatórios nos retorna fica muito mais simples. (isso não é uma crítica) Applique: de modo geral, ao adquirir a plataforma há alguma funções onde é necessário que o operador possua um conhecimento profundo para utilizar a ferramenta e tirar suas ideias de capacitações do papel, isso acaba afastando muitos colaboradores que não operam ou que não possuem esse conhecimento aprofundado da produção de conteúdos. Contudo, ainda é uma das melhores ferramentas para produção de conteúdos disponíveis no mercado. Mas é simples demais e coisas que são fáceis de melhorar (como os pontos citados anteriormente, que já consultei desenvolvedores de fora) não são melhorados, causando bastante retrabalho e perda de tempo, ainda mais para mim que cuido sozinha de toda a plataforma, além de produzir meus próprios conteúdos. Pros A plataforma tem um visual bonito, o que ajuda muito na questão de engajamento. Além disso, no geral é fácil de mexer e entender o funcionamento. O atendimento também é rápido, e todos são bastante educados. Cons Muitas coisas não são personalizáveis, e geram muita confusão no time. Por exemplo, quando abre na página principal de cursos nós vemos uma linha inteira com cursos obrigatórios, depois uma linha inteira com cursos em andamento, depois linha por linha por academia, o que faz com que alguns cursos "se repitam" e isso é bem ruim para o usuário. Além disso, seria muito mais simples que as pessoas pudessem baixar o pdf da aula direto na aula, não ir em outro lugar. A parte de obrigatoriedade também é complicada, porque não podemos personalizar melhor qual curso é obrigatório para qual cargo. Se colocar vídeos do youtube direto na plataforma, também perde a oportunidade de voltar ou acelerar o vídeo. Tem vários outros pontos que me geram dor de cabeça..
