Realcrux is designed to deal with cold email marketing. Realcrux uses different IP addresses segmented based on particular ISPs' mail streams. Segmenting each mail stream by IP address keeps the reputation of each mail stream separate. Realcrux takes care of delisting blacklisted domains and replacing blacklisted IPs. I send 35,000 cold emails per week. No body in my circles is using a dedicated SMTP because they all believe it can't work or it's too expensive. Adcrux makes this possible and to be honest makes me feel like I have a competitive edge. Their customer service is even better, I feel a part of the team and that they have become an extension of my team. Pros I loved the capability that I have now to run campaigns for my clients without going crazy setting up multiple domains. Cons Can't think of one to be honest. Maybe the User Interface but my clients never see it, so I don't care. We utilize it to send transactional emails, such as those sent when a transaction is completed. It is also used to report any mistakes that occur in our business operations. Pros Adcrux is a straightforward tool that is a market leader in cloud-based email distribution platforms. Even when sending more than 900,000 emails each day, the performance is excellent. They have also supplied a dashboard with helpful information such as the number of emails sent, delivered, and opened. The integration with Adcruxis is simple because APIs have been provided for it. Cons I believe that communication management is much more limiting. Very simple in this aspect, thus you must use a workaround to add or exclude lists from certain mailings.
