"Major time saver"
Pros: Once its implemented there is very little to no maintenance effort required. Prior to using EqualTo we used individual excel sheets for all our sales reps and calculated their commission manually. EqualTo saves us a lot of time and makes calculations much more reliable. Support, when needed, is super quick and highly invested to solve problems or questions in the best way. Team is always open for feedback and regularly ships new features
Cons: Overall there is nothing to criticize besides the wish for a few small changes in visualisation of results, since we have a very lazy and fuzzy sales team - complaining on a very high level
"Automating sales team commissions with EqualTo"
Overall: The team was very flexible and accommodating from the beginning of collaboration. They acted professionally and gave us a lot of support in each step of the way.
Pros: As an admin it is important for me that a tool is fairly easy to implement and maintain. We have multiple commission plans for multiple sales teams in the sales org, across multiple currencies and with EqualTo we managed to automate a vast majority of them. Implementation process was a big project, but we had support of their wonderful consulting team. EqualTo is very customisable and it is updated similarly to an excel sheet. The tool is an excellent choice if you want to scale your sales team and/ or make the commission process more transparent and efficient.
Cons: Reports and dashboards are fairly simple which makes reporting and visualisation on the team level challenging sometimes. Approval process is also something which in current state we do not use extensively. However, we passed both feedback pieces to the product team, who is now working on implementing changes. I am confident that soon we will have an improved version of these features.
"Simple Solution"
Overall: While commissions are not usually an area I work in, EqualTo really made it easier for me to have a handle on it. The team were also super helpful
Pros: The ease at which EqualTo can calculate commissions for the Sales team is such a time saver. Instead of lots of manual inputs into many google sheets, EqualTo helps do it, in one simple solution. The greater and easier disability that our Sales team also get is a great benefit The team at EqualTo have been so helpful in helping set everything up for us to.
Cons: Figuring out the plan deployment feature took a while
