A ns. volta riceviamo riscontri e valutazioni complessivamente valide e complete. E' un buon metodo per valutare le risorse a seconda delle loro caratteristiche personali/professionali in modo da poter fare una selezione iniziale più veloce senza sottoporre da subito al colloquio. Cons Le mail che ricevono i candidati spesso vengono inserite nello spam oppure ignorate dall'utenza. Il testo della mail dovrebbe essere più accattivante e chiaro nel cosa si sta sottoponendo.
