The WeekCal app includes features not found in the standard iOS calendar. The app integrates with other calendars, such as Google, Yahoo, Outlook, and Exchange. Different types of appointments can be assigned different colors or emoji characters. Recurring appointments can be made into templates. I use this to schedule all my work patients and other engagements, including family. With an ADHD brain like mine, having everything in one place is key, as is having an easy-to read layout. I love having different options for layout, as well as colours. There is nothing fancy about this app in particular, I just love the simplicity of it, and the ease with which I can see my schedule on a phone screen. It's important to me that I can quickly read what I have on when, and where. Adding appointments or reminders (or two or three) is intuitive and straightforward. There are ways to help certain appointments stand out with icons if you want them to. It also integrates seamlessly with my Google calendar (and I now rarely use the google app itself). I can't comment on the pro version as currently I don't need the extra features. That said, it is not an exorbitant extra, for anyone considering it. Cons I have no issues with what I use it for.
