Actually love that I can stay in contact with my community. Really love the app and how I get notifications when my community signs up or texts back

Pros

The way it categorized ppl by their sex and age. Very helpful for my team and I when sending out messages

Cons

The keyword set up was a little robust in the beginning but with help from a rep, I was able to get it

Great

Pros

I like the interaction that I am able to have with my clients. I feel more connected and aware of who is on the other end. Its easy to see their location and other demographics

Cons

Wish it wasn’t $50 per month especially while I have lower starting numbers

Pros

The ability to connect with your fans on a deeper level and the ease of sign up for the end user

Cons

The only con is the price. I’m having issues scaling and I can’t justify the price for the few fans I do have

Not being about to give a keyword that would put somebody in all of your separate communities.
