Integration - They are working on integrating with different software Growing - This is a company that is continuing to grow. Constant upgrades Customer Service - Best I get from any company I deal with period!!!!!! Ease - Super easy to implement, use, monitor! Cons It is really hard for me to find something negative. It has been one of my favorite software experiences (and I have had oh so many).
