prodotto facile da utilizzare; installando l'applicazione sul cellulare o sul pc è possibile lavorare ovunque

per quanto riguarda il software al momento non ci sono stati inconvenienti; potrebbe però forse essere leggermente più economico

Auto configurazione semplicissima, assistenza cordialissima ma soprattutto efficiente... nulla a che vedere sotto tutti i punti di vista con i vari Tim, Vodafone e via dicendo...

Siamo passati da un centralino VOIP proprietario a Voxloud convinti che la soluzione cloud fosse la strada giusta. Le prestazioni del centralino, le funzionalità avanzate, le ottime app per smartphone e Mac e PC unite all'eccezionale servizio clienti ci ha confermato che scegliendo Voxloud abbiamo fatto la scelta giusta.

Pros

Il fatto che sia SAAS, che le app per smartphone, Mac e PC funzionano benissimo e non abbiano mai avuto problemi con i firewall, facile gestione e configurazione, integrazioni, supporto clienti.

Cons

Il prodotto va bene e non abbiamo rilevato nessun problema.
