From email approve from Approveit, we have archived the better control of approval process!! Pros Easy to select items necessary for creating work flows and it has a connectivity to other applications which broaden opportunities to make our business flow simple and effective. Cons So far I have not find it yet. But if I would say, it would be great if Approveit has a muticurrency functions ; We are using different currencies and need to convert it to Japanese Yen. Group manager can approve request up to 300,000 yen and amount above 300,000 yen goes to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] for approval. Let's say, requestor enters 3,000 eur and submit a request. It has to be convered to 420,000 yen, which is a trigger for the system to judge whether to transfer report to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] after group manager's approval.As Approveit has no currency conversion functions, we are manually converting foreign currency amount to Japanese yen and enter it in request form.Another thing is that it would be great if there is a tax computation field. Reason for choosing Approveit Because of its easiness to structure work flow, super excellent customer support, and a good price.The point is that even if we do not have a software knowledge, it was easy for us to understand how it work and create workflow. It was very easy to set up, integrate into Slack, and configure workflows. Since it is integrated into Slack, all of the end users were able to start using it immediately with minimal training. A huge advantage vs a standalone approvals solution.
