Logiciel utilisé depuis quasiment les débuts de la société et qui sait évoluer au fil des ans en fonction des besoins des entreprises utilisatrices. Equipes toujours très réactives.

Pros

Réactivité des équipes quand il y a un dysfonctionnement ou une interrogation. Les Webinaires réguliers sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités

Cons

Partie entretiens annuels obligeant les managers à réécrire chaque année une grande partie si pas de référentiels de compétences associé

Déploiement projet rapide et efficace, bon accompagnement : équipe de bonne humeur, compétente, toujours disponible et réactiveoutil ergonomique, portail de formation connecté puissant

Cons

a voir avec plus de recul si nous arrivons à trouver la plupart des formations dans le catalogue de formation en ligne car c'est le gros point fort de Skilluppoint faible au niveau de l'international : peu de langue différente, convient plutôt aux entreprises Française ou éventuellement anglophonesAvoir plus d'agilité dans la restitution des données : mais je dirai qu'il y a déja eu des améliorations depuis 2022

L'outil est très convivial et très simple de prise en main Nous avons déployé skill up sur la partie gestion de la formation et c'est un gain de temps et d'efficacité pour tous, mais aussi pour le suivi de la performance et des entretiens annuels.Le support est dynamique, réactif et à l'écoute de nos besoinsUn déploiement en douceur et en toute simplicité = une réussite chez nos collaborateurs! :-)

Cons

nous n'avons pas envisagé encore d'intégration avec nos autres outils RH mais pourquoi pas!

Un outil facile à déployer et à prendre en main tant pour nos collaborateurs et managers que pour le service RH. Un gain de temps très apprécié grâce aux workflow de validation, aux liens directs avec les organismes de formation.

Pros

La digitalisation de nos process entretien et formation, avec un reporting en temps réel, des informations centralisées et partagées. L'interface est particulièrement intuitive.

Cons

Je n'en vois pas pour le moment, l'outil évolue régulièrement et les équipes Skillup sont à l'écoute de nos besoins.

Pros

Nous apprécions notamment la facilité avec laquelle nous avons pu nos campagnes d'entretiens, et Skill UP est une aide précieuse pour construire les bilans de formation annuels. Autre point fort incontestable est la disponibilité de notre conseiller ! \[CONTENU SENSIBLE\] est vraiment très disponible, et a toujours de bons conseils et/ou solutions à nous proposer.

Cons

Il y a toujours de petites améliorations en cours par les équipes développement, ce qui permet de répondre rapidement à nos difficultés.

Je recommande cet outil qui permet une bonne gestion des recueils des besoins et du budget formation.

Pros

Outil intuitif et facile d'utilisation. De plus, on peut avoir un reporting à tout moment ce qui est très utile. Le catalogue de formation permet un recueil des besoins avec des formations identifiables par le collaborateur et qui peuvent être traitées facilement par le service formation.

Cons

Quelques fonctionnalités qui pourraient encore être améliorées pour que l'outil soit parfait sachant que des nouvelles fonctionnalités sont régulièrement mises en place.
