Pros

Schulungen für neue Mitarbeiter und Dokumentation/Vorlagen für das Unternehmen. Benutzerfreundliche Homepage. Freundliche Berater.

Cons

Es fehlt mir die Möglichkeit, den Telefonhörer in die Hand zu nehmen und den mir zugewiesenen Datenschutzberater anzurufen. Manchmal ist es schwer, jemanden zu erreichen.

Pros

The product is incredibly easy to use and implement throughout our team. DataGuard's team are always on hand ready to provide support and direct us throughout our journey.

Cons

There are some issues with the translation on Google Chrome as opposed to the DataGuard inbuilt translation - however the team did make me aware of this and provide a solution.
