Pros

is very easy to use, and it helped us tremendously with conference room bookings. Before Whatspot, we faced situations when the meeting room was occupied by someone else, so you had to guess if someone was actually there. We don't have that issue anymore!

Software gets the job done, so no issues!

I absolutely love my overall experience with . It's super easy to use. It's visually appealing. My tutors love using it. I love using it from an admin perspective. I have had no real issues with it. And for a small biz like mine, I am so grateful there is a free option.

Pros

I own a small tutoring company and our office has 2-3 meeting rooms. I love that has a free option for small businesses like mine. Our tutors usually work with a student on a weekly schedule. Whatspot allows recurring meeting to be booked easily. The visual representation of the calendar and the bookings is very friendly and it's easy to see what rooms are available. It has been so easy to use that I am now using the Whatspot calendar to schedule new students and see which tutors work which days and what timeslots are open. It's not just a room reservation site, it's evolved into a really great tool.

Cons

No real cons. is amazing and does pretty much everything I need it to. However if I were to pick a few things: 1. the recurring meetings only go about 10 weeks out - so it is not recurring indefinitely. 2. when you delete a recurring appt, there is no ability to delete the whole recurring series, you have to go through each appt and delete them one by one. This actually works fine for my tutors as they usually only need to delete one session anyway, but it would be nice to be able to choose "delete just this one" or "delete all future recurring appts." I am sure Whatspot is in the works to update that. When I spoke with one of the reps, they seemed very responsive and they seem like they are always updating their site to have new features.

We're happy to have moved to , it makes it easier for our coworkers to book desks and meeting rooms and see availability.

Pros

We've moved our coworking space to and it works like a charm. It's really easy to use. Communication and support of the Whatspot team is great. The option to get QR-codes for the spots is also a really nice feature.

Cons

There are some minor bugs when using it in mobile. But probably it will be solved soon. Also it would be nice for our coworking to be able to book a spot for the whole day (the available hours of the spot) by clicking a box instead of manually choose begin and endtime.

### "The fastest way how to deal with meeting rooms booking"

We decreased the chaos in taking meeting rooms. There is less "surprise" and more certainity when attending planned meetings.

Pros

The best part is the QR code for instant booking. We use it a lot to cut down to time to find out the free times and make a reservation of the meeting room. Ease of use and ease of onboarding was also the critical point for our team, cause not everyone is willing to spend a lot of time with learning a new app. Everyone jumped in really quickly. The localization was also critical, we love that app actually speaks multiple languages including czech.

We are looking forward to a personal calendar integration

Sales&Customer Success team had an issue with meeting room bookings. I looked into a few systems and I needed something extremely simple to give it a try. I've invited 10 people and all of them liked . Everyone is excited that now they can easily book meeting rooms and this process is organized.

Nothing comes to my mind. Support guys are great as well, so everything's very good

We have an open office design and created several shared spaces to attend video calls, after the covid-19 pandemic. It was necessary to have software to order and control those spaces, to give confidence to our collaborators.

Pros

Thanks to now we have complete control of our shared spaces. It's straightforward to configure and use. Its user control allows you to set permissions to verify and confirm reservations or if you have public users, they can make it by themselves using QR codes or an URL.

Cons

There are sometimes when certain actions take longer than we expected. It seems like the server wasn't big enough to process actions.

Great experience. Costs are low compared to competitors, it looks like a 2021 modern design and the software is very easy to use. Plus: they're releasing monthly updates to the software which include new features and bug fixes.

Pros

The looks and ease of use. My clients don't need instructions to use the software, it's ready to use immmediately.

Cons

Very little actually. It still has got a few translation issues, but the developer told me personally these will be fixed soon. My features requests are taken seriously as well, which is great.

We were looking for a suitable replacement for Skedda after they decided to change their pricing model and the annual cost was set to quadruple. has all the functionality we're looking for as an online room booking utility and is much cheaper than Skedda due to their fair pricing model.

Pros

User friendly, clean interface, great functionality, per spot pricing rather than per user, highly responsive and friendly customer support.

Cons

I would appreciate if there was the ability to assign users to different teams and for the teams to appear colour coded in individual spot calendars. Also it would be good if people within teams had the ability to amend or cancel bookings made by other people within their team.

Easy to set up, great support, happy club members, everything has been perfect. 100% recommended. I had an initial demonstration which was really useful and I was able to ask any questions I needed about how the platform would meet our needs. Everyone has been heklpful and responsive to any follow up questions I have had.

Pros

It is an easy to use and intuitive platform which has been well received by all our members. Our members ages range from 18 to 85 so we needed an easy to access system which was suitable for those who were worried about our change from a paper based system to an online one. I have had lots of emails from members thanking me for the choice of platform. They are delighted. We have had no complaints or issues from anyone.

Cons

I can only say positive things about the platform. If I had one wish, it would be to have the same admin functionality through the app as the website.

Pros

Easy to use, to share, to follow,.... Great features. All you need from an app to organise spots. I also like the fact that you can add photos of the rooms (and information regarding the equipment, etc...)

Cons

when you make a reservation the hour to be set ´-its at the end of the day- and need to scroll it down to reach "working hours".

Pros

The new functionalities, floor plans, amazing idea! The fact that the main goal of the tool is so simple and easy to use is already great, but they enhanced it even more to make it even more space specific and so pleasent on the eye! Makes it fun to do such an otherwise dull task.

Cons

Nothing at all, everything about the idea behind is fully accomplished in the tool itself. So useful and so much room for new ideas to make it even better!

When I contacted 's support by email I got really quick and comprehensive answers. I really appreciate that communication works so well. Thank you very much, Vlasta!

Pros

It was really easy to learn to manage the app and create booking calendars. It is also convenient that you can assign rules for bookings.

Cons

I'm still waiting for the Google Calendar integration. And it would be great if the Admin could edit the questions of the booking page.

It met our requirements 95%. I was searching for a solution for booking office desks and most of the similar apps are meant just for restaurants. is simple and enough for my needs.

Maybe on some points it's too simple and if I have specific needs, it will not deliver the solution.
