Pros: I like documents management and contacts management because it's save alot of catalogue information without being lost or erase.
Cons: I think all features in Zimbra are exceptional with top notch quality.

"Much more than an email manager"
Overall: I knew Zimbra Cloud as an email manager until I discovered its other features. I like its calendar which allows me to note my appointments, its contact, and task manager. Its tools gathered in one place makes my work easier
Pros: I had always thought of Zimbra Cloud as just a messaging tool but I was pleasantly surprised by the other features of this product. What makes Zimbra Cloud so popular is its email administration and management tool. A very good professional tool, customizable, and easy to use. But it also has other attractive features such as calendars, task and contact management, video conferencing, and many other collaboration tools. All this package makes Zimbra Cloud an excellent productivity tool
Cons: The user interface of the mailbox is obsolete. Over the years, not much has changed. Can do better

Overall: Molto positiva, un buon prodotto per le aziende che hanno la necessità di avere un proprio dominio e diverse caselle email.
Pros: La possibilità di archiviare facimelmente i dati su un server e condividere i files con altri colleghi evitando così spreco di tempo e risorse ed avendo un unico database. Il costo è molto ridotto rispetto ad altri sistemi di gestione della posta elettronica e permette di gestire diversi account in contemporanea.
Cons: Nel complesso è un buon prodotto, nell'utilizzo che ne faccio non ho riscontrato particolari problematiche.
"Ci sono server migliori"
Overall: Direi un discreto server per la gestione delle caselle di posta elettronica.
Pros: Inizialmente l'interfaccia grafica sembra semplice, permette di avere più caselle di posta elettronica e di gestirle tutte sotto un hub, comoda la chat soprattutto all'interno della stessa azienda
Cons: Non permette di gestire insieme domini diversi di posta elettronica. Purtroppo complicata l'esportazione dei messaggi di posta elettronica su altri server di posta. Configurazione parametri e-mail non semplicissima
"Interfaccia obsoleta"
Overall: Discreta nel complesso
Pros: Al pari di altri software per la gestione in cloud delle caselle di posta elettronica questo è semplice da usare
Cons: Interfaccia forse troppo semplice e simile ai provider gratuiti, per un software a pagamento, non particolarmente economico, mi aspetterei qualcosa in più
