This system allows us to capture driving issues, allows us to set an annual schedule and includes DOT medical certificates. This system is our go-to everything and many of our other reports spin off from this system. Pros This system is integral to our business, helping us to maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations. The staff is great to work with and listened when wen needed to make some customizations to make reporting and accounting much easier. One of the easiest of all the companies we work with. Cons If I had to choose a con it would be that certain changes to the system have to be made through a customer service representative instead of allowing a company administrator to make the change. Example adding a new location. Having said this is a con - it's handled via an email request and generally within just a few minutes. If it's a negative it's a very minor one. Though I rarely have to reach out for service, my service representative is friendly and her response time is nothing less than exceptional. I gladly put an approval stamp on Embark Safety and it's product. Pros Monitors the status of medical certificates for CDL drivers Monitors for tickets, accidents, any type of moving violation Realtime Notifications Notification set up is very easy and helpful. We have notifications sent to us daily for new infractions, license and medical certificate expiration (can be notified 30,60, or 90 days before expiration date) Notifications when an MVR has been processed and needs to be reviewed Cons I have no cons about the product or service. Any time I have a question, I always get a quick response. They are very helpful. Pros It's really easy to use. Adding users and running MVRs takes just a moment. I like the training courses! We regularly assign yearly training to our drivers. It's very easy. Cons I wish that you could pull a report on the driver training to show the status of trainings (completed, in progress, not started). Currently there is no way to do this. We have about 150 drivers so I have to go in and check them manually one by one and that's tedious. Review Source NY Nereida Y. Customer service/account rep are always quick in their responses. Pros The Dashboard alone is great and gives you all the info you need at your fingertips. The ease of adding new users and being able to edit things is super helpful! There is a great amount of helpful guides that can answer any question. Cons Do not have any complaints, the software is great. Reason for choosing MVR Monitoring Loved the interactions with the sales rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. She was informative, friendly and quick to answer any question we had. She had a lot of knowledge regarding the software and overall monitoring questions/concerns. Pros It is user friendly and does exactly what I need it to do. Cons I haven't found anything wrong with it yet. Reason for choosing MVR Monitoring My boss and I reviewed other MVR Monitoring companies but Embark was the one that had what our company needed. Customer service is incredible and the job they do for me takes a lot of weight of my shoulders. Embark is a very easy company to do business with. Pros Using Embark is very user friendly and provides us with prompt alerts allowing us to act quickly to stay in compliance. Pros Many organizations tend to overcomplicate their processes, but this platform is simplified and easy to use. Cons We would like a little more autonomy with account management/setup.
