Le referenti di progetto con cui ho interagito erano molto preparate e disponibili, hanno risposto con gentilezza ad ogni mia richiesta di chiarimenti o approfondimenti e hanno fatto di tutto per venire incontro alle necessità aziendali.

Cons

Se proprio dovessi trovare un fattore svantaggioso posso dire che, talvolta, non è stata efficace la possibilità di contatto telefonico tramite il centralino.

Molto positiva e soddisfacente! ottimo strumento e team molto preparato, disponibile e gentile, pronto ad accogliere sempre le richieste del cliente e a offrire le soluzioni migliori.

Pros

Offre molte web part interessanti ed è flessibile. è funzionale e di facile utilizzo e il team di assistenza é sempre pronto a consigliarti e proporti nuove soluzioni.

Cons

Alcuni aggiornamenti sono un po' macchinosi (come il settaggio delle librerie documentali); la gestione del "sotto\_sito" non sempre intuitiva.

La praticità delle soluzioni, anche per chi non ha dimestichezza immediata con Sharepoint. Con pochi tool è in grado di offrire un layout d'impatto e di tendenza. \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\], la nostra consulente, è stata davvero una guida essenziale senza la quale tutto questo avrebbe comportato una fase di apprendimento per la modifica in autonomia molto più lunga e complessa.

Cons

Al momento nulla, i prodotti a nostra disposizione soddisfano a pieno il desiderata e le necessità aziendali di comunicazione intrareparto.

L'esperienza è stata ottima: è stato un piacere lavorare su un prodotto e con delle persone nella consapevolezza di potersi affidare, senza ansie, non dovendo presidiare continuamente o sollecitare, ma nella tranquillità di poter contare su professionalità, competenza e disponibilità.

Pros

Fin dal primo contatto, la referente di intranet.ai si è dimostrata altamente professionale, sempre disponibile, contraddistinta da cortesia e gentilezza e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, a mediare le diverse esigenze a noi interne e a fornire informazioni chiare e dettagliate. Il suo supporto è sempre stato efficiente e risolutivo, oltre che tempestivo. Il progetto è stato pianificato in maniera puntuale, ma contemporaneamente flessibile, riadattandosi alle nostre richieste e accogliendole. La nostra nuova intranet aziendale rappresenta un salto di qualità rispetto alla precedente; lo strumento è molto intuito, piacevole, attraente e ricco di risorse utili e funzionali a migliorare drasticamente l'esperienza lavorativa.

Cons

Nulla da segnalare. Certamente il prodotto non è altamente personalizzabile ma è da mettere in conto e giustamente insito nelle caratteristiche stesse di SharePoint.

Allgemein gesehen war es wirklich eine hervorragende und sehr tolle Erfahrung. Wir sind wirklich froh, dass wir uns intranet.ai für die Zusammenarbeit ausgesucht haben und werden intranet.ai in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Pros

Was mir am meisten gefallen hat, war, wie lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig die Zusammenarbeit mit Serena und intranet.ai war. Wir haben immer hilfreiche und fachliche Antworten auf unsere Fragen bekommen. Es war wirklich eine sehr angenehme Zusammenarbeit.

Cons

Ein ganz ganz kleiner Punkt: Wir wussten nie, wann genau intranet.ai für uns erreichbar ist. Und für was wer unsere Ansprechperson ist.

Dal primo incontro con i referenti di prevendità è emersa una spiccata comprensione delle nostre necessità e disponibilità ad una collaborazione. La soluzione consente l'implementazione anche di strutture complesse in tempi ragionevoli e ad un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sono state allocate risorse tecnicamente e funzionalmente molto preparate, perfette per un contesto binazionale come quello del TMB-Geie. Ci sono stati dati consigli utili in ogni fase di preparazione e follow-up conciliando il piano di progetto anche nostri imprevisti. I nostri utenti interni hanno visto da subito il salto di qualità rispetto alla piattaforma precedente. A breve valuteremo l'implementazione dinuove funzionalità.
