très facile d'utilisation, le service client est à votre écoute . tout est claire et transparent bravo !

Pros

CRM très intuitif, plateforme de mise en relation au top. l'interface et ses fonctionnalités sont très bien faites

Cons

il faut payer ses communications mais le coût est moindre, c'est tout ce qui est négatif pour moi sinon rien d'autre a dire en terme d'inconvénients

Pros

J'apprécie beaucoup la simplicité d'utilisation de la plateforme, elle est très fluide et intuitive. Nous pouvons programmer les appels intuitifs, éviter les répondeurs, travailler en prédictif, caler des rappels ou prépositionner des rdv (si besoin de rappel ou si la date est trop éloignée). Nous pouvons également laisser des notes visibles par le client, ou d'autres privées visible seulement par nous-même. Un module de chat est également disponible afin de pouvoir échanger avec notre client.

Cons

Le seul inconvénient que je rencontre c'est l'impossibilité d'être rappelée. Un numéro s'affiche lors des sessions d'appel chez le prospect, mais si celui-ci cherche à nous recontacter (en cas d'appel manqué par exemple) il tombera sur une boite vocale lui indiquant que la société \[client\] a cherché à le joindre.

Appels multiples ou non. Cibles ou non. Utilisation des rappels mais pas très top!

Pros

Le gain de temps pour passer des appels car lancement automatique.La possibilité de lancer plusieurs appels en même temps!

Cons

Lorsqu on lance les appels multiples.... Le prospect qui décroche fait que ça raccroche au nez des autres qui, éventuellement, décrocherai. Du coup.... Mauvaises réflexions des prospects
