Great program to use, follow, and keep up to date with incident reporting needs especially for time sensitive matters.

Pros

Using Origami Risk makes uploading any incidents we can experience in our filed easy to do by simply filling in the information provided.

Cons

Many times, when attempting to upload documents or incident reports connection issues can delay this process. Having a secure connection is a must to properly use this program in a Safety Management role.
