Mailercloud is a great platform for email campaigns. The interface is simple and easy to navigate, and setting up campaigns was smooth. Overall, it made our email marketing process much easier and more organized.

Professional service! Helpdesk is fantastic. They answered my mails within 24 hours. With useful tips and with patience.

Pros

Very easy to use. Works like clockwork. I am very satisfied with this software. I used Mailchimp for a very long time, but I love Mailercloud.

Cons

Nothing whatsoever. I would like to see more features in the future, but I am sure the Mailercloud-team is working on that.

Mailercloud shines with its easy-to-use interface and strong automation tools that scale well even on the free plan. It gives you solid sending volume, clean list management, and useful templates without clutter; making campaign setup fast and intuitive

Some features could be refined over time, and adding a few more customization and reporting options would make the platform even stronger, but overall it already provides a very smooth, reliable, and pleasant experience to work with.

I am rethinking our entire relationship with the platform. Our website has been verified as up and running during the time of the leads submissions. I cannot trust their embedded feature or forms anymore.

Pros

Email builder is straightforward and overall easy to learn and use. Ability to segment lists and the create automations is a plus.

Cons

Embedded forms feature is a disaster!! Our company has an embedded contact form on our website for leads and lost 3 leads in the past two weeks because we were not notified of their submission until 2 WEEKS after filling out the form! This cost us $2000-$3000+ in lost revenue potential.

time difference to get support requires being on the zoom by 7 am. Also have to wait till next day to get problem solved

I come from China and have changed several platforms in the past few years. So far, Mailercloud is the most outstanding platform in all aspects: their customer service is very professional, able to solve all your problems, and their attitude is very enthusiastic!

Pros

Mailercloud's Templates & Editor! This is one of my favorite features, which allows me to save a lot of time editing email content and has a very user-friendly interface. The drag-and-drop editing function is very powerful, and the content produced also looks simple and fashionable!
