President Religious Institutions Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Good but not great" July 1, 2024 3.0 Mailercloud is does what I need it to do mostly well, and for the price that I got it at I'm happy to deal with the bugs and annoyances. I have some hope that they are improving the system and adding features. However, I would not stay with them if I were paying a recurring monthly or annual fee. Pros I got Mailercloud through an AppSumo deal so I have paid a one time fee and received life-time access with up to 15,000 subscribers and unlimited emails. This makes it so much cheaper for me to use then nearly any comparable system that I'm happy with it. Their email templating system is quite good and allows me to make very beautiful and useable emails. Cons There are several quality of life issues with Mailercloud. E.G. Contact lists need to be manually refreshed, new subscribers are not automatically included in scheduled campaigns, users can only universally unsubscribe from all emails instead of selecting which list they want to unsubscribe from. In addition the platform occasionally runs into serious bugs. Automations stop working, images stop displaying etc. Support has resolved the issues every time, but they are based in India and so are only available overnight for me in my timezone. They've always been helpful, but the timezone difference makes it very difficult to communicate with them. Pros The ease of use with clean and simple UI/UX setup, list management, automations/autoresponders, dedicated Ip's (extra), spintax, AI subject line creator and anlyzer, prebuilt pro automations (still easy to use), top notch support (always there to help w/ anything you need in your account inclduing advice for improvign your performance), and much more. Cons Honestly I really don't have any complaints about MailerCloud, if I did, I probably wouldn't be using it, as I am a pro affiliate and email marketer, so the email marketing platform I use is incredibly important! Web Developer Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "MailerCloud: Drag and Drop Build your Emails" June 24, 2022 5.0 I used mailercloud as a replacement for SendPulse. The features for SendPulse are more robust but I don't have the ability to drag and drop build emails. That is a huge deal. I use to buy email templates and edit the raw HTML. Being able to use a builder for email and create custom email templates is a big plus. I love the fact it has an API as well. I wish the API would have a "Send Email" endpoint. There is just "Send Test Email" but I want to "Send Now" instead of going through a campaign. Pros It has the easiest to use drag and drop builder for emails. I was using sendpulse before and I had to edit the pure text / html code. This is wayyy easier. Cons I wish the contact management could be improved. It has some issues when trying to use the manual option with one contact on each line. (It merged them into 8 contacts when I had 30 contacts). I tried to use the CSV option and that didn't work either. They shouldn't have a standard format the should "scan" for headers like "email" or parse the data and look for the @ sign. Lots of benefits like : They do the warmup on their own, which helps a lot, and their support followups daily and check the performance daily. I find a lot of features like Database filteration, User Interface is simple and good. Support is excellent, and they are eager to solve the problem in the minimum time. Pricing Also is too less compared to other competitors and data security is very high. Lots of other features related to mail send timings and count which makes it very easy to schedule in the way you want. Automation and feed form facility is also there. Overall it's like a complete package at very minimal cost. Any platform and their features is useless without a better support and that is the point which makes Mailercloud far better from others.
