This will be great, given time. Pros Some things are easy to use. The email editor works well. The UI is generally polished. Cons Lack of key features like being able to delete and archive web forms, and delete mailing lists (without having to wait a week). The UI has issues making something as simple as tying a checkbox in a web form to automation if/else step challenging. There are other bugs that seem to be the result of the product being new and not extensively tested, yet. Review Source KR Karn R. If you are facing any issue, their team will always be there to help. Overall very good experience. Highly recommended. Cons Reporting and analytics can be improved. Basic reporting is available. Something more details will help for each campaign. Report export can be improved as well. It is still young and waiting to see future functionalities implemented. But VERY promising software.
