La biglietteria di Vivaticket funziona bene 1 volta su 10, non riconosce moltissime volte il codice fiscale di chi vuole acquistare per motivi misteriosi e questo non permette di concludere la prenotazione. Una volta completata la registrazione e prenotazione, e quindi anche il pagamento , non sempre arrivano i biglietti acquistati via email. L’assistenza clienti è pari a 0.
