La experiencia es 100% positiva. Hemos dejado de tener personas dedicadas en exclusiva a esas tareas y hemos disminuido en un porcentaje alto los costes de los viajes.

Pros

El software es un software fácil e intuitivo pero sin duda lo mejor de todo es el servicio SAC del que dispone. No he visto nunca nada igual. Recomiendo la prueba porque es realmente impresionante.

Cons

La selección de habitaciones sigue siendo algo compleja. Es difícil para el usuario discernir entre tanta oferta.

Dal punto di vista aziendale, offre un ottimo risparmio economico e di tempo. Riguardo ai clienti è molto intuitivo per loro e comodo da utilizzare.

Pros

L'interfaccia è molto intuitiva e permette di effettuare prenotazioni in pochi minuti. Molto comodo per le prenotazioni e i clienti trovano utile poter prenotare biglietti dei treni internazionali con un'unica operazione.

Cons

A volte è difficile trovare hotel specifici o tutte le opzioni di vitto e alloggio. Sarebbe utile inserire l'opzione autobus.

Molto buona, interlocuzione con i referenti e tutto il Team eccellente, gentilezza senza fine e comprensione dei bisogni !

Pros

Tutto su un'unica piattaforma per i propri viaggi di lavoro e, se non si trovasse la soluzione confacente, la chat 7/7 in più lingue è la soluzione a tutto !

Cons

Le indicazioni si certe prenotazioni di Albergo sono imprecise : colazioni incluse non eseguite, parking presentato come disponibile in Hotel ma non esistente

Una rivoluzione rispetto all'utilizzo di agenzie viaggio tradizionali e/o ad altri siti web che forniscono servizi simili. In questo caso abbiamo un "one-stop-shop", con un servizio di supporto efficientissimo e con prezzi inferiori del 10%-20%
