Easydus is much more than a event registration tool and is due its flexibility the best choice for complex event registration processes. Any additional registration processes like exhibitor registration, abstract handling and registration approval can be configured. You can set up a separate registration and communication flow for each of your target group. Complex invoices with discount and early bird, online payments and sending invoices are also possible.

To organise our event with nice invitations and follow-up mails, while keeping a good overview of all statusses, saved me many hours. The option to use cc email addresses was a major reason to opt for Easydus. The team of Easydus consist of experts, that helped immediately. Very nice to work with.

Pros

A stylish layout, easy sending with the possibility to cc assistants and colleagues (never possible in other software) and good overviews. Emails were well received by our guests.

Cons

User design is not very nice or accessible and you do not help for the first set-up by experts.

Its benefits such as the nice layout, the flows and the possibility to send an email to more than one person.

Het Easydus team is zeer deskundig, toegankelijk en klantvriendelijk en denkt mee met jou als klant.

Pros

Automatiseren van de aanmeldprocedure van bijeenkomsten met de koppeling aan een betaalsysteem levert veel gemak en tijdwinst op. Het is een gebruikersvriendelijke tool die eenvoudig en snel is te implementeren en flexibel uit te breiden.

Cons

Ik mis de mogelijkheden voor standaardrapportages bij meerdere projecten, maar waarschijnlijk zal dit op een vrij eenvoudige en niet al te dure manier "op maat" opgelost kunnen worden.

Pros

Making online forms is no math. Just think well before starting. You can create fabulous online forms

Cons

The user interface / look - n feel could have a more modern look. Other software can be chosen because of their usability/more modern look-n-feel, but Easydus is easy to integrate and complies very well in most cases

Easydus is een gebruiksvriendelijk programma dat vrij intuïtief werkt. Processen kunnen naar eigen wens worden ingericht en je kunt het zo eenvoudig of uitgebreid maken als je zelf wilt. Het inrichten van een proces kost in eerste instantie wat meer tijd, maar doordat je projecten eenvoudig kunt kopiëren en aanpassen kun je snel schakelen wanneer een nieuw project moet worden opgestart.

Pros

Door de gebruiksvriendelijkheid van Easydus is het eenvoudig om werkprocessen vooraf in te richten waardoor je er als het eenmaal loopt weinig omkijken naar hebt. Easydus biedt verder eenvoudig overzicht van de acties die zijn uitgevoerd binnen het project. Hierdoor kun je je opdrachtgevers beter bedienen en neemt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening toe. En mocht je toch hulp nodig hebben dan is de ondersteuning door de helpdesk altijd top!

Cons

Grootste minpunt zijn de kosten per registratie. Met name voor grotere evenementen en bijeenkomsten kan dit behoorlijk aantikken. En dat het niet mogelijk was om een mappenstructuur aan te brengen. Als je, zoals wij, voor meerdere opdrachtgevers werkt krijg je een erg lange lijst van projecten. Easydus heeft dit opgepakt door in september 2021 de zgn. 'labels' te introduceren. Ik verwacht dat dit een grote verbetering zal zijn.

Ons bedrijft werkt al ruim 5 maanden met Easydus. Het software is heel fijn geïntroduceerd en vervolgens hebben we een uitstekende ondersteuning geervaart waar we vragen hadden/hebben. Prima team!

Pros

Het software is duidelijk, volledig voor maatwerk en prima schaalbaar.

Cons

Tot dusver hebben we geen nadelen tegengekomen!

Ik was meteen bij het juiste voor onze doelstelling. Ik hoefde niet verder te zoeken!
