Great customer service! Pros I have been using RunLoyal since November of 2025 and it has been an absolute game-changer when booking services like boarding, daycare and grooming in my business. very easy to use and they personalize the app to your own brand! Cons is hard to say because I haven't found anything I don't like; I've only found things they can improve, which they do. They always ask for feedback and release the features that you mention to them. I recently asked for a 24hr period service feature, and they mentioned that they will add it to the queue of features coming up. I can't wait !!!
