It's taken away the need for in-person signatures, which can significantly inhibit a law firm's work flow. The syncing into Filevine has been the biggest asset. Pros Vinesign, much like Docusign, allows us to send documents to clients for secure signature. It's taken away the need for in-person signing, which isn't feasible for a majority of our clients. It also syncs seamlessly with Filevine, our client file management software, making it easy to view and move documents. Cons I feel that Vinesign is very barebones and has a lot of room for improvement. For example, if you have a template that needs updating, rather than being able to go in and replace that template with a new document (for example you've just slightly changed the verbiage) but keeping the signature, date, etc. boxes in the same spot, you have to do an entirely new template. Pros When we need signatures from multiple persons in a document, vinesign allows us to do that and it even notifies all the person about who is signing and who's turn to sign the document.
