Pros Very quick to learn, user friendly, good interface, not as expensive as other similar apps Cons Not as widely used as similar apps yet so less trusted. " December 26, 2024 5.0 My overall experience was that everything was smooth as butter. It was easy to integrate into my workflow. I love how it saves so much time. I can send documents to clients through email and text. I do everything online, nothing in person. So having this tool under my belt takes away a lot of worry. It's safe and secure so I feel comfortable and so do my customers. It's so easy to make forna organized as well, saving even more time. Pros What I like most is the ability for clients to sign documents easily through an email PDF it's aves so much time. Cons I haven't had any issues. I was hesitant that there would be a big learning curve from DocuSign but there really wasn't. It's taken away the need for in-person signatures, which can significantly inhibit a law firm's work flow. The syncing into Filevine has been the biggest asset. Pros Vinesign, much like Docusign, allows us to send documents to clients for secure signature. It's taken away the need for in-person signing, which isn't feasible for a majority of our clients. It also syncs seamlessly with Filevine, our client file management software, making it easy to view and move documents. Cons I feel that Vinesign is very barebones and has a lot of room for improvement. For example, if you have a template that needs updating, rather than being able to go in and replace that template with a new document (for example you've just slightly changed the verbiage) but keeping the signature, date, etc. boxes in the same spot, you have to do an entirely new template. I use it every workday to manage electronic signatures. Pros how user friendly the features are. I especially like how I can search document history individually and collectively. Cons Having to manually input data into the client contact fields when sending documents for signature. Only being able to have either the client's email address or phone number automatically populate into the client contact information fields. I recommend it to others all the time. Pros Very easy to use and clients can sign by text using their smartphones. This is the best feature by far as our clients often do not own a computer and only have a phone. Cons It doesnt let me upload my own digital signature and forces me to draw my signature which isnt a great look as my finger drawn signature sucks! It would be easier if you could just click on the signature box and sign. I really like that you can simultaneously sign with multiple parties now. We love that it goes to our clients via text. That makes things go a lot faster. Cons I wish I could set up a follow up system to remind people to sign something if they haven't done it yet. Pros Easy to use, both for originators and end-users. I like that both text and email are sent, and that reminders are automated. Also like the blockchain verification. Cons Not much, honestly. It's not as well known as Docusign or Adobe which causes some modicum of "huh, what's this" and a little pushback by Docusign or Adobe users, but the blockchain verification was always enough to satisfy any "picky" signers. I like it better than other "leading products"!
