Consistent monitoring and notifications signal our retail partners that our products subject to MAP are enforced, ensuring their profit margins. Pros The fact that pricing is monitored 7 days a week 365 days a year is reassuring. The flexibility to search by sku or UPC covers my specific needs. Most other monitoring services do not include dealer notification of violations. They provide you a list of violations and leave the notifications to you. I need the turnkey package that PriceManager offers. Cons The occasional mismatch when we are searching by sku. It is understandable that this will happen periodically and my customer service rep responds immediately. Reasons for choosing PriceManager The violation notification aspect. We have used the service since 2012 and are very happy with the service an company. It's easy to add and subtract SKUs and customers to our tracking list. Customer Service and my account manager have always been very responsive. Cons There have been issues with reporting over the years but anything can quickly be addressed by the Customer Service and account manager.
