Wasted time trying to cancel last year only to be charged this year. Total scam. Pros It is like an advanced version of what Word provides by default. Some suggestions are good sure but it will also make dumb suggestions that make no sense. Cons I cancelled it a year ago. I even have the confirmation email. But they still charged me this year and I'm livid because now I'm forced to contact the fraud department of my back to get over a $100 of money back for this craps service I haven't used in a year and a half. Pros Features are easy to use, but the suggested phrases are not perfect everytime. Cons It is impossible to reach customer service, as I would like to change my plan from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, I have emailed them twice. Outwrite sends me an automatic response every time and mention they will get back to me in 1-2 business days, however I have waited for them for over a week and I have sent another email, but still no response.
