They offer you a free trial after they get your information they give you nothing in return, except an offer to buy the professional product Cons They offer a free trial. Then you up load your document, they make suggestions. However they will not show you the suggestions until you pay them. There is nothing trial about it. Pros Features are easy to use, but the suggested phrases are not perfect everytime. Cons It is impossible to reach customer service, as I would like to change my plan from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, I have emailed them twice. Outwrite sends me an automatic response every time and mention they will get back to me in 1-2 business days, however I have waited for them for over a week and I have sent another email, but still no response.
