Pros La semplicità d'uso, sia per l'utente amministratore che per i clienti con i quali abbiamo condiviso l'uso del software. La possibilità di caricare documenti, fatture, verbali senza che il cliente possa cancellare i file caricati dall'amministratore e senza la necessità di dover creare degli account condivisi con altri gestori noti di cloud. L'utilizzo fluido sia su PC che su tablet o smartphone e l'invio di mail sia quando si caricano file che quando vengono scaricati . Pros Software veramente comodo e semplice da utilizzare, ti velocizza il lavoro di scambio documenti con le notifiche email. Lo trovo molto utile per offrire ai propri clienti un area riservata con tutti i loto file sempre a disposizione e che non si perdono tra le classiche email che spesso dobbiamo stare a rinviare per il cliente ha perso il file. Inoltre molto comoda la possibilitá di gestire l'agenda con calendario e notifiche per scadenze, appuntamenti o altre note che vogliamo notificare al cliente in modo veloce e tenendo traccia sempre dalle notifiche email inviate in automatico dalla piattaforma. Software veramente molto consigliato per chi vuole automatizzare i flussi di lavoro. Cons Non ho trovato nessun inconveniente. Trovo sia un software molto completo. Il cliente, essendo uno studio di commercialisti, ha l'esigenza di inviare costantemente documentazione ai propri clienti, ma necessita che sia un servizio registrato, sicuro e presso server in Italia. Lo studio ha avuto un forte feedback positivo da parte dei clienti che si trovano a risparmiare soldi e tempo evitando inutili spostamenti in auto.
