EveryonePrint, now part of Y Soft, was founded in 2004 in Denmark. It was best known for its mobile print product. In 2017, it entered the market with a software as a service cloud infrastructure offering, Hybrid Cloud Platform (HCP). In 2022 it got acquired by Y Soft, the leading digital transformation office solution provider. This made the way to go to another vendor little bit diffecult. But with the multi vendor support it was a lot easier. Pros Easy to implement and use. Multi-vendor support. Fully cloud-based, no need for VPN connections. Cons Missing the integration with O365 in support to scan directly to Sharepoint of OneDrive.
