I skipped core elements in the training (even though the training was rather short and to the point) and tried to wing it with knowledge of older platforms I've used. So, I did make mistakes. The chat function has been my hero! Fast guidance and help with corrections, and they even followed up to be sure I was all set. Other companies I've waited 5-6 days on a simple REPLY and three weeks on fixes that wre not my fault, then the only way I discovered it was fixed, I had to reach out to them for follow up. Snapps it's a competely different ball game. The team seems to be on their toes and determined to make this the very best platform to choose. Pros My ONLY regret is not switching over to snapps 3 years ago. Super user-friendly, clearly well thought out and with all of the tools one could need for better rankings in the SEO tools and apps that are included in the account. Exceptional customer services, and follow up as well! Cons That I took so long to try snapps. Long term, it cost my team time and my agency money. I should have been paying more attention to what my friends in this space were telling me. Support is awful. I just spent 4 days, 1 hr the 1st 3 and 2 the last and they still haven't fixed my problem and they sent me 27 coded today so that resulted in locking me out of my accont AGAIN and then they hung up on me. Do not ever use them. Pros nothing. It was bad from the start and got worse. They sell godaddy domains for twice the price. Pros Websites come out looking professional, sleek and are easily optimised for mobile. Cons It's hard to say. I have been building with all the major drag and drop platforms for years now and they all have some very frustrating and time consuming flaws. Using Snapps has not been the same experience, I can build multiple websites seemlessly and with a reasonable amount of time invested. Weebly's mobile optimisation looks aweful and needs a lot of work to make it look presentable Wix's mobile version basically needs to be created from scratch with 100'a of micro adjustments On WordPress, unless you can build a site from scratch with code, which is also time consuming....installing code-heaby web builder plugins that are sluggish at best is tiresome! Snapps is fast, and does way more than any of the above 3 can do in a drag and drop builder. I built 10 in the time it would take to build 1, and those websites are already working their way up Google's rankings in less than a week. My overall experience is that I see massive opportunity to grow much faster as a business owner, while helping others do the same. Pros The functionality of this program and how easy it is to build a website is unbeatable. Makes it worth building 5 sites even for a sole business. Cons Of course I'd love to pay less, but I understand this program will cut the costs of other things I use in lead generation anyways, making in inexpensive. Like I said, this was a brand new platform for me, but I really enjoyed it. I think there are way more options to make it custom to yourself and your brand, that I could not fine with other platforms. Pros I really enjoyed this platform because it was so easy to use. I thought all the templates were really, really aesthetically pleasing, and so easy to navigate. When creating a new website, I can get overwhelmed easily but I did not feel that way. I have used most website platforms that exist right now, and this has to be my favorite. I was a little hesitant at first, but I love it now! Cons I wish that there were some more options for real estate, but I found that some of the other options could work perfectly too. The builders of Snapps have basically figured out the thoughts of wordpress users who have often thought 'I wish xyz was easier to do' and weebly/wix/square users who have often though 'I wish I could make this more sophisticated and better looking with more features' and created what is truly the best of both worlds. I cannot recommend Snapps enough. Cons While they have a sufficient number of them, enough for most people's needs, there could be more templates to build off of.
