En general, es una herramienta de gran ayuda, ya que a parte de organizar el filtrado de candidatos aquí mismo, es decir, adiós a tener que organizar todo por mail y ayudarse en tablas de Excel (por mencionar algunas herramientas complementarias) se nota que han puesto atención a pequeños detalles que a futuro ayudan mucho. La cereza en el pastel respecto a poder recibir video entrevistas de los candidatos ayuda demasiado, porque uno los puede revisar en el momento que pueda y comparado a entrevistar en vivo, si algunos candidatos no cumplen expectativas desde el inicio, uno no tiene que "cumplir" con acabar la entrevista hasta acabar todas las preguntas, simplemente se termina la revisión y se pasa al que sigue, lo cuál ahorra tiempo. De igual manera poder involucrar a otros colaboradores a revisar algunas entrevistas ya grabadas está genial, porque en nuestro proceso anterior lo que teníamos que hacer era agendar una nueva fecha de llamada (lo cual alargaba el proceso). Cons En general todo bien, si acaso, que pudieran sacar pronto una versión en español, sobre todo porque para algunas vacantes el inglés no es un requisito indispensable y por lo tanto pudiera ser una barrera para que algunos candidatos completen lo que se les pide, o se les dificulte. Antes de conocer Collok.io, el proceso era enviar invitaciones por mail a los candidatos y ahí acordar fecha de entrevista en vivo (presencial o por video llamada).
