I’ve had a pretty good experience with AirDroid Business. Even though it doesn’t support iPhones and iPads, I saw that they recently added support for Windows, which is great. It shows they’re making changes and improving the software. Overall, I really like it!

Pros

It has a user-friendly interface and is very easy to use. It allows us to remotely access and control devices. We can categorize the devices into different groups for convenient force-installing apps. We can pay per device, and the price is cost-effective.

Cons

We have both Android and several ios devices, but it does not support ios.

It almost solved all my problems in managing the devices.

Pros

What I really like most is that Airdroid business provides comprehensive control features. I can monitor the real-time screen on my employees' work devices to see what they have done during working hours, restrict them from accessing insecure websites, connect to other untrusted devices, and more. And its price is acceptable.

Cons

It takes much time to enroll the devices for a beginner.

My overall experience with AirDroid Business is good. We started the 14-day free trial at first and then bought the license. The sales and support team are nice, they helped me with the software questions a lot. The user interface is easy, I like the remote support feature and kiosk mode.

Pros

I really like how AirDroid Business offers a comprehensive suite of features for remote device management. The feature for real-time support and remote access to devices is a huge plus. I think the centralized management console is also intuitive, making it easier to handle multiple devices efficiently. Plus, the security features are robust, you know it is crucial for managing business devices.

Cons

When I was setting alerts for battery charging status, the function was not available somehow, I don't know if I made a mistake or what.

Good, I will recommend AirDroid Business to my friends.

Pros

It offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface that lets you manage all your devices from one centralized dashboard. Step-by-step guides are available on their website. I particularly appreciate the app management feature, which simplifies app distribution and management. Whether you need to push updates, staged Rollouts, or control access, everything can be managed with ease.

Cons

The device enrollment process was a little challenging at first, but once you've got the hang of it will be much easier.. The<Remote Support> feature is not available for the web panel now, you need to download it on your PC.
