Pros: DemandTools makes accessing Salesforce Data easy, and very easy to make bulk changes that you cannot do in Salesforce proper.
Cons: The version 5 upgrade makes some things very slow. Also, other products have caught up and surpassed DemandTools in functionality and ease of use.
