Great experience. We spent the time to do a full integration and its great. Our customers now have a much better experience with softphones.

Pros

Trago does many things well. They have a great product and support. We like that the product is across all major platforms and just works.

Cons

On some small issues, they took some time to resolve. In those cases, we had to follow up multiple times to get issues resolved.

I have been using Tragofone for a short period, and it has already proven to be a solid communication tool. It is highly responsive and integrates smoothly into our daily workflow. What stands out the most is their excellent technical support; the team is always ready to assist and solve any issues quickly. Despite a slight learning curve during the initial setup, the call stability and multi-device support make it a highly valuable softphone solution for our team.

Outstanding Technical Support: The support team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve issues. Seamless Connectivity: Excellent voice and video quality using WebRTC technology. Easy Setup: Fast deployment and quick configuration on multiple devices. White-Labeling Option: Great branding customization capabilities for businesses. It allows us to make both video and voice calls,send and receive files and it even integrates with CRM and supports live chat. It so amazing.

Pros

The fact that it allows video conference makes it the best choice for us. Easy to use and very much reliable. Has a very high quality PC soft phone which enables us to make calls in the internet.

Cons

I haven't encountered major challenges or ever been frustrated by this software.
