## What is IT2M?

IT2M is a complete solution for managing IT services (ITSM) and corporate services areas (ESM). Adherent to ITIL, it has powerful tools such as workflow, automatic rules, KPIs and dashboards for management and intelligent forms. IT2M can be used in the Service Desk, in the Shared Service Centers and in the SAC. It is perfect for outsourcing companies as it allows the registration of several companies, with the possibility of choosing different SLAs per company.
