Pros The most useful and powerful and what we use most is their OTA Parity Live Feed and Surge Alerts. To implement their pop up messages is really easy and we can configure different parameters to do it more user centric when user is in the booking window or in any page like the hotel homepage where we want to activate a message that will impact direct on the user visiting the page, Cons Still some report and analytical information need to be better displayed and integrated.
