I expected i can easly test from product created until it received by customer. Right now it still stuck at shipping. And i don’t know how to continue the process. So my client will mostlikely delay to use this apps or not use it anymore. Make the tutorial for testing, so any person can setup and use this app. Make it easy so, as soon as we use it, you will also make profit Pros I like the graphql api. It is fast. The api docs and graphql client also great. Cons I am new on this apps. So i am not really familiar with the how it is used and how things should be done. I still confuse is this app only digitalize administrative thinks for ware house. Or it is actually provide with physical warehouse and monitor/controlled by this app. Also the tutorial for test not really clear to me. I stuck on product being shipped but i don’t know how to continue my test. I expect it should be received by customer I am telling you the docs for the apps it self not clear enough. It works really well as a small online shop as it allows us to hold lots of products in a more organised way and also dispatch orders quicker than ever before! Cons It can be a little tied to click-through menus, but improvements are regular, and it is getting optimized over time, so there are fewer click-throughs. Pros I like the simplicity and ease of using the app. You can learn how to use very quickly without having much trouble, and if you do the customer support is very fast and helpful to get you back on track. It has also sped up our process of fulfilling customer orders with the order management and shipping management features within the app. Cons Some features can use a quick key function but overall the team at SKUSavvy is always updating the app so I’m sure in the near future they make quick keys so you don’t have to click through menu as much. Pros That it allows you to create your warehouse layout and run in real time with minimal effort to get started and the billing is extremely reasonable. Cons There could be some improvements to the way that you import your warehouse bin data if you are doing bulk bin and location updates or if you have a very large space. Reasons for choosing SKUSavvy Mobile WMS I’ve tried probably close to 40 systems over the past 10 years. From ERP to standalone systems and all of them usually are overpriced, outdated, extremely clunky, or lacking in features. When we test this product in beta it just felt right and when it launched it fits our needs with out any fuss and the team behind the product is stellar!Being in the demanding season in season out fashion industry let me tell you this system is a charm changer! My business may be small but we have hundreds of unique, one-off items that need to be organized. Being able to map our "warehouse" and give items a home slot makes them easy to find when orders are placed, improving our shipping speed and simplifying our work flow. Cons The UI could possibly use some work. It's not entirely unintuitive but it can feel a bit overwhelming at first.
