Overall this is great tool to strengthen team morale. Polly interface is probably one of the easiest to grasp (even for a newbee) & it's ease of deployment across slack/teams is just cherry on top. As an engagement tool, polly is seamless & offers solid features. Cons Some cons (potential feature enhancements) based on my user experience - 1. Better scheduling along with selective groups 2. I like how there are already templates available to customize for a wide range of categories. Cons I wish there was an option to edit an existing survey without recalling and resending a new one.
