Pros \- Es fácil de aprender a utilizar y permite crear varios usuarios personalizando los roles. - Diferentes tipos de envío (individual, en grupo, flujos de firmas...) - Apartado de seguimiento con código de colores según el estado del proceso de firma Cons \- Alta dificultad para configurar y enviar formularios. - Cuando un documento expira y no han firmado todos los firmantes se pierde el documento con las firmas ya añadidas. Para recuperarlo hay que contactar con el servicio técnico. También debería de ampliarse el plazo de caducidad a elección del usuario que ejecute el envío. Todo el sistema documental está digitalizado y Send2sign nos ayuda a gestionar la validación de los documentos en sus proceso de edición, revisión y aprobación hasta su publicación en nuestra web. Actualmente estamos trabajando sobre la posibilidad de urilizarla en la formalización de todos los contratos de seguro. Pros Su implementación, uso y la incorporación de nuevos usuarios en realmente sencilla y de fácil comprensión para los mismos. Ha sido relativamente fácil integrarla dentro de nuestro sistema operativo para la los procesos de validación, revisión y aprobación de los documentos. Cons Podría mejorarse con la incorporación de opciones para la personalización de la estructura de la aplicación con la posibilidad de incorporar algún nuevo parámetro. En el campo de documentos también seria interesante poder añadir algún apartado para poder determinar en que situación se encuentra el documento una vez finalizado el proceso de firma. (Publicado - Contrato formalizado - Documento registrado o pendiente de registro - .....). Actualmente estamos le estamos dando respuesta a la anterior recomendación mediante la utilización de la opción "Etiquetas" . Seria interesante un apartado informativo dando instrucciones a los receptores de un documento objeto de ser firmado. (Hemos tenido que crear un soporte por video en donde se exponen las pautas a seguir que remitimos a los usuarios que lo utilizan por primera vez). En los usuarios que utilizan la opción de firma centralizada por primera vez se han presentado problemas en el proceso inicial de acreditación, es conveniente mejorar la información. Como hemos citado, un soporte visual estableciéndose las pautas a seguir seria perfecto. En el proceso de envíos individuales, los desplegables en los apartados de "Departamento", "tipo"... sería de interés poder establecer el orden de presentación de las diferentes opciones (Orden alfabético, por fecha de creación del campo). En las opciones un usuario utilizó la opción de voz y recibió una llamada desde el extranjero (NYC), esto genera reticencias para responder. Lo importante, es que poco a poco se van haciendo grandes. Queda mucho por andar e implementarlo con D365FO a través de un addon, seria un super plus. Pros Su facilidad de manejo. El hecho de que sea un sistema web, nos ayuda a todos a trabajar sobre un sistema sencillo y centralizado. Es fácil de usar.. muy muy fácil, y eso, lo hace muy valorado por los usuarios. Nosotros usamos especialmente el remoto. Cons Creemos que aun le queda por mejorar pequeñas cosas, pero en general, cumple muy bien su cometido ¿Qué software es perfecto? ninguno. Estoy seguro que con el tiempo, será un producto estrella. Seria increíble que de alguna manera depositara los documentos firmados en una carpeta de onedrive/aws, etc, previamente configurada, en vez de esperar al correo para extraer el documento y dejarlo en su sitio. \*Otra cosa que no me gusta es que no auto-lee el sms con el pin como hacen los bancos :-) A la gente le cuesta muchísimo entender que un documento firmado, aunque tenga 99 paginas, no es necesario firmar en todas.. cuesta mucho entender que el documento, una vez firmado es indivisible y que en la info de la firma, todo queda registrado. No se de que forma se puede hacer comprender mejor esto, pero no seria mala idea, que la firma apareciera en todas las paginas, y que incluso, como pasa con la primera, podamos elegir donde situarla en cada pagina. Cuando empezamos a implementar este ERP de Nomina, me mandaron los documentos para firmar electrónicamente a través de vidsigner, y me pareció una idea tan genial que me puse en contacto con los técnicas de Grupo Castilla para que me indicaran un contacto de vidsigner e implantar el sistema en nuestra empresa.
