Overall an excellent experience with the product. When we found issues or needed features, they jumped on them. We have a shared Slack channel with them and they are for the most part very responsive. Happy with the product and support.

Pros

The ability to create email templates quickly with a UI designer w/o a lot of technical knowledge and the ability to brand those emails. Good template management where you can see changes and migrate config from dev and testing environments to production.

Cons

Didn't support sending webhooks as much as other channels. Ran into various issues. This is not where the value add is though so not a huge issue. Note, this is not webhooks from Courier to us which is used to get the status of notifications.
