Fantastic piece of software that has changed our business for the better. We have saved job roles due to the system cutting out all the admin and day to day duties. We have full transparency of the workforce and all the compliance is up to date. We can also remote onboard workers from anywhere in the county allowing us to expand our client base and revenue.

Pros

It keeps all your workforce compliant as it will notify you when a document is due to expire and it wont let you place a worker out if they are not fully compliant

Cons

There is nothing i dislike about the system

Our Recruitment business was in the market to upgrade our computer system, due to our endless administration and our processes driven by paperwork. Since joining up with Centric Flow; we have had a system that has been tailored towards our business. One of the things that I found common in the CRM world, is that a lot of these companies don’t understand (nor want to) how recruitment works. Centric Flow’s system is simple; but it does the foundations as to what a system should do, without the un-necessary ‘bells and whistles’ that aren’t needed. Whether it is logging a sales call, looking at the KPI’s/Stats within your business or searching for a type of worker geographically; it works and shows other CRM providers that “less is more…” Centric Flow - Process 1. Send registration link (works great on any laptop/smart phone) to worker and they register themselves, attaching all mandatory documents and accreditations 2. Set up client and rates 3. Attach workers to jobs… 4. Add new starters and remove finishers The previous processes are done automatically and as for your referrals to payroll companies; they have access to an external account to see all the workers you assign to them automatically (including their compliance documents) making the referral’s flow like the River Thames. Centric Flow links to our factoring company, removing the repeated administration and does any manual payroll for you painlessly, which can export into a Excel spreadsheet.

Pros

The system is ever evolving, but not because people in technology are pushing ideas through that make no sense. What makes Centric Flow different is that they ‘Listen’ to their recruiters, want to gain understanding of how it works and how to make your job easier. I will be eternally grateful to Centric Flow for taking control of the process, so we can focus on providing the best people for our clients and give the best service to our clients & workers.
