We have been pleased to find that Zeffy is an excellent platform for managing contributions and is easy to set up and customize as our outreach efforts, and the need to support them, evolve. Our congregants find Zeffy to be secure and easy to use, and our financial team appreciates its excellent reporting capability as well as its flexibility in handling "one off" contributions as well as recurring weekly & monthly offerings. Funds are automatically transferred to our bank accounts weekly. No hassle, no fees. What more could one ask? Cons We have found no problems or issues in using Zeffy. One additional feature that would be appreciated would be to elect to automatically transfer and report funds at the end of the month, rather than, or in addition to, weekly. I can't thank them enough for providing feature rich services for free. As a technology leader in my professional life, I have found Zeffy solutions to be secure and well designed for a good user experience across desktop and mobile. They have out of box solutions for most common needs with very little learning curve needed. Pros Zeffy has created most commonly needed tools for a non profit to engage people - whether it is event signup, bookshop or taking payments for different campaigns. Their promise of no fee payments has held true and our non-profit has come to rely heavily on their services Cons Nothing really. Reporting used to be what I wished there was more support for, but that too has been getting better lately. There are some issues with reporting that I am happy to help the zeffy team resolve if they are interested in learning more with specific examples. I Like their reports which are easy to ready and they give you a lot of information/ Pros It has a short learning curve, it's no cost to our nonprofit and it's Tap to Pay is easy to use and fast. It's also a big plus that we can have multiple users processing credit cards. Donors seem to like it also. It gives you up to date reports for the flow of funds from the Tap to Pay to the Bank complete with donor information. Cons We haven't experienced any downsides to Zeffy as yet, but we only started using it early this year, so I have no negatives. I really like it. The platform was user-friendly, convenient, and well-suited for fundraising for the Coach Cadillac Harris Scholarship Fund. We especially appreciated the fee-free fundraising model, which allows more of the donations collected to go directly toward supporting student scholarships. Zeffy made it easier to share our fundraising efforts and provide supporters with a convenient way to contribute. Overall, I was very satisfied with the platform and would recommend it to other organizations looking to raise funds for meaningful causes. The layout is great and it helps you feel confident that people will attend your fund raiser. Pros It made selling our event easier. Because it is geared towards 501c3 non for profit organizations. Zeffy has all the tools to help you and your clients understand what the event is about. Cons I wish they give more options on the ticket side like group sales so people can order with a group.
