Zeffy has allowed us to step into electronic payments that have been asked for from our members, in a way that doesn't cost us money but still makes things easy for our members. Pros I love the Zeffy gives small/non-profit organizations a place to accept credit cards without the fees. It is key to helping us in budgeting and takes some of the pressure off. The layout is great and it helps you feel confident that people will attend your fund raiser. Pros It made selling our event easier. Because it is geared towards 501c3 non for profit organizations. Zeffy has all the tools to help you and your clients understand what the event is about. Cons I wish they give more options on the ticket side like group sales so people can order with a group. Pros NUCUAA is a nonprofit organization, and we found Zeffy's platform offered the best value for our money. We used Zeffy for our 2026 pre-registration activities and events; the platform was very user-friendly. Our members adapted to the Zeffy platform with no problems. The question response time is amazing. We are pleased with the timely transfer of funds. We feel that our funds are secure using the Zeffy platform. Our event is large. I discovered that table assignments can be done from the guest list. I am sure there are other features I have yet to discover. No fees to us and an easy program. It’s terrific!
