We have been pleased to find that Zeffy is an excellent platform for managing contributions and is easy to set up and customize as our outreach efforts, and the need to support them, evolve. Our congregants find Zeffy to be secure and easy to use, and our financial team appreciates its excellent reporting capability as well as its flexibility in handling "one off" contributions as well as recurring weekly & monthly offerings. Funds are automatically transferred to our bank accounts weekly. No hassle, no fees. What more could one ask? Cons We have found no problems or issues in using Zeffy. One additional feature that would be appreciated would be to elect to automatically transfer and report funds at the end of the month, rather than, or in addition to, weekly. I can't thank them enough for providing feature rich services for free. As a technology leader in my professional life, I have found Zeffy solutions to be secure and well designed for a good user experience across desktop and mobile. They have out of box solutions for most common needs with very little learning curve needed. Pros Zeffy has created most commonly needed tools for a non profit to engage people - whether it is event signup, bookshop or taking payments for different campaigns. Their promise of no fee payments has held true and our non-profit has come to rely heavily on their services Cons Nothing really. Reporting used to be what I wished there was more support for, but that too has been getting better lately. I Like their reports which are easy to ready and they give you a lot of information/ Pros It has a short learning curve, it's no cost to our nonprofit and it's Tap to Pay is easy to use and fast. It's also a big plus that we can have multiple users processing credit cards. Donors seem to like it also. It gives you up to date reports for the flow of funds from the Tap to Pay to the Bank complete with donor information. Cons We haven't experienced any downsides to Zeffy as yet, but we only started using it early this year, so I have no negatives. I really like it. The ability to pull customized data on finances management was particularly appealing to me. Cons Nothing so far. It feels as though Zeffy offers many opportunities to help non-profits and make sure that as many dollars as possible go back to the programs instead of fees. Zeffy has allowed us to step into electronic payments that have been asked for from our members, in a way that doesn't cost us money but still makes things easy for our members. Pros I love the Zeffy gives small/non-profit organizations a place to accept credit cards without the fees. It is key to helping us in budgeting and takes some of the pressure off. It is also easy to use and get set up. Cons I wish that there was a more options as a membership database. I'd like to be able to keep more detailed information about members in a single record.
